Here’s a very quick recipe from Prashad for making Garlic Chive Raita
- 50 g garlic chives
- 100 g fresh coriander
- 2 clove fresh garlic
- 2 fresh green chilli ( with seed )
- 1 tea spoon cumin seed
- 1 tea s salt
- 1 tbs oil ( sunflowers )
- 1 lime juice
Simply mix through all the ingredients and serve chilled
