Garlic Chives

A great favourite in Chinese and Asian cuisine, Garlic Chives are also know as Chinese Chives. They have a garlicky/onion flavour and a flat grass like leaf unlike their tubular common Chive relative.

They themselves to slow simmering in sauce or soup and work well in stuffing mixes.

Garlic Chives are very good with seafood or in egg dishes.
