Alison Dodd, Managing Director – Founder of Herbs Unlimited, Alison started her career as a Cordon Bleu Chef in the family restaurant, and soon recognised the need for a good supply of fresh herbs in the catering Industry. Alison loves nothing more than squeezing some extra speciality herbs in every year.
Philip Dodd, Operations Director – Alison’s Son, who is responsible for management of all the locally grown produce found at Herbs Unlimited and oversees the running of the Factory.
Our Team in the office are busy with sales, marketing, accounts and plenty more!! They keep you informed with all the lovely produce we have available and events we are attending. They are always there to help and pride themselves on excellent customer service.
Our outside team make sure the produce we grow is of the best quality possible, delivering great taste for our customers. They manage the fluctuating weather which we experience and brave the cold and wet on top of the hill but then enjoy the glorious sunshine too!
Our team in the factory, from Goods In who check again that the product we are accepting is of the best quality, to the processing team, technical team, NPD, packing and dispatch.
Delivery Team; Our dedicated team of drivers work throughout the night to make sure deliveries get to you on time and so you receive your produce as fresh as possible that was picked the same day.
