Rocket is also known as rucola or arugula and has been used in salads since Elizabethan times, it has a peppery radish like flavour which adds a new level to mixed salad leaves.
Apart from it’s obvious use in salads and on pizza, rocket can be used to make a pesto to add to pasta or boiled potatoes.
